File sharing gets divine approval
When Sweden outlawed the downloading of copyrighted files last July, the head of one Swedish municipality's culture department publicly admitted that he's a downloader in an attempt to start a conversation on the practice's prevalence in society. But he was saved from potential jail time when the main evidence in the case -- his computer -- was struck by lightning and rendered inoperable. (The Register)
